Foot Stools
Footstools are generally used to keep one's feet off the floor, and are excellent for improving overall comfort in a recliner or comfortable chair, as the angle of the body provides more relaxation with the feet raised improving the blood flow throughout the body. Also known as an Ottoman, this piece of furniture was first introduced back in the 1800s, used for resting the feet after long walks or 'pain walks.'
