What is it about the word stress that leaves us all in such a fix? According to the doctors it may be possible to manage short-term stress using relaxation techniques, such as making yourself comfortable in your own home and listening to some chilling music. I have to agree, there is no better feeling than after a long stressful day in the office or a shift spent working on the factory floor to come home, get washed, changed, make yourself a drink and just fall into your favourite chair.

Due to our hectic lifestyles we all need our own little retreat, somewhere we can relax and forget about the stresses of the day.
