At the beginning of a new year many of us will be deciding that it is time to switch our rooms around, some might even go out and spend some money on new furniture. This is an exciting time for some – well if we are honest, women love it, while men would rather be sitting in the house watching their favourite sport while the women get on with it.
If you are revamping your living room, dining room or conservatory there’s no need to go out and spend thousands of pounds on furniture which you do not require. Using simple techniques and modern furniture accessories this will completely transform your room, giving an up-to-date feel. Some of the best techniques used are:
Mirrors, using mirrors will enhance you room making it look bigger and brighter, so whether it’s hanging on your wall or a free standing mirror in your room this is a great way to spruce up the style of any room.
Display Cabinets, are the perfect way to show off all your ornaments, trophies and photos, placed in the corner of the room these will complete your room, with people looking for that family feel to a room and a display cabinet is the ideal piece of furniture for you.

Personally I think that even a small modern furntiure piece can make the biggest difference to a room in your home!
The prism glass cabinet is absolutely gorgeous, and would make an old fashioned or a room filled with cheap furniture instantly into a classic stylish home.

I agree with using mirrors to make the room feel larger and airy. It is an inexpensive piece of furniture that anyone can get easily. Ooh and I especially love the prism glass cabinet. It will surely stand out in any room and will definitely be a conversation piece. Anyone is going to find out where you bought it.
I love the idea of using glass furniture and mirrors in a room to make the room feel more spacious. Works very well in a modern white room mixed with some other solid wood pieces.
