Hiding your DVD’s
After another hard day at the office, there’s not much better than getting home, kicking off your shoes and relaxing in your favourite chair with a favourite tipple to keep you occupied. However, reality is, as soon as you get in, the kids are already home from school or a friend’s house and the peace you were dreaming of, is a far distant memory. It’s all shouting, screaming, wanting different things to eat, and complaining that the other ones got more than them. When you do sit down your wishing you were back at work.
So, after dinner, homework is finished, you decide that a DVD would be a good idea to relax and calm the kids down. Once you have all decided which film to watch (this may take up another hour and stress you out even more), the hunt begins, there are DVD discs on the kid’s floor, under their beds and even behind units. Still no film! And the squabbles and commotion starts once again.
In today’s multi-media culture we use discs for storing a vast variety of things, from films to gaming, computer to music and where do we put them? Well, like most they are placed wherever there is some free space, some lay next to the TV (even under it), some are stacked on bookshelves but most likely in my household, most are scattered in piles on the floor (until Mum or Dad picks them up again for the gizzilionth time this year).
How do we stop ourselves sliding and tripping over our DVD’s, CDs and gaming discs?
Media Storage units are attractive, sleek and modern and will fit into any decor but most of all they will keep all your discs in one place, it’s up to you how you stack them, alphabetically or most played/listened.
