With the Government introducing their scrappage scheme there will be a lot less ‘older’ cars on our roads. Majority of the old cars will be scrapped, sorry, recycled, and made into new cars, vans and even drinks cans. Some, might even end up high up in the air as jet plane parts. A few will be tossed over great heights by massive catapaults or blown up by the BBC’s Top Gear presenters. Then there are the ones that will end up in your home or your favourite restaurant as furniture.

There are amazing contemporary furniture designers out there, that are taking old cars and turning them into ad-hoc pieces of furniture.
