British Furniture Salesman – Inventor of the iPod?
After a lengthy court hearing it’s becoming apparent that the original design for iPod was created by a British furniture salesman. Burst.com (the company claiming they hold the true technological patents) grilled Mr Kane for 10 hours with regards to his original design and patent of what he called the IXI at the time.
See this sketch of the prototype from 1979.

Apple flew Mr Kane out after calling him and announcing they wanted to ‘acknowledge’ his work.
If there are any other genious furniture salespeople holding onto some old sketches, patents or trademarks now’s the time to step up and be noticed.
